In 2002, Marsha was named #1 sales associate for Coldwell Banker/Georgia. Marsha has been either #1 or #2 sales associate since 1981...finishing first for the last 9 years. A member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, she has received the Silver Phoenix, the award for making the Million Dollar Club for 25 consecutive years. Four years ago, she was awarded the Gold Phoenix, the Board's highest award for achieving Million Dollar Club status for 30 consecutive years!
